House rules

  • Maximum 10 guests, overnight and daytime combined.
  • No pets.
  • No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
  • No parties or events.
  • Quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM. Chelan County's noise ordinance applies at all hours; guests are responsible for any fines.
  • Park only in the marked driveway spaces (5 vehicles plus one trailer).
  • Follow posted fire restrictions. Fireworks are prohibited in Chelan County.
  • Hot tub and pool: no glass, no unattended children, use at your own risk.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible; ask us.

Cancellation

  • Full refund if you cancel 30 or more days before check-in.
  • 50% refund if you cancel 14–29 days before check-in.
  • No refund within 14 days of check-in.

Refunds go back to the original card. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Payment & pricing

The full amount is charged at booking by Stripe. Totals include a $350 cleaning fee and applicable Washington State and Chelan County lodging taxes. Minimum stay is 5 nights.

Safety

Carbon monoxide and smoke detectors and fire extinguishers are installed. The hot tub and pool are unsupervised; use them at your own risk and never leave children unattended. Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway, entry and yard. In wildfire season, follow evacuation notices ("Ready, Set, Go") from Chelan County.

Permit

The Aerie is a licensed short-term rental in Chelan County (permit #STR000820). Our Good Neighbor guidelines and property management plan are available on request.
